Cosine Collector

A light collector for measuring Plane Irradiance; sometimes called a cosine corrector.  "Cosine" refers to the fact that its response to uniform, collimated light should be proportional to the cosine of the angle of incidence (relative to the collector's surface normal).  (Example)
